Responsibilities:

  • Developing and updating menus to reflect seasonal produce.
  • Ensuring high quality dishes and adhering to cooking standards.
  • Managing a team of cooks and supervising their work.
  • Participating in ordering and controlling the stock of products.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with sanitary norms in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a chef or in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of Swedish cuisine and culinary techniques.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Creative approach to food creation and attention to detail.
